We ship out Canadian Orders from our warehouse within 3-5 business days. USA orders ship every Friday with no additional duties and taxes.

We know no one likes to pay for shipping so we offer it FREE on all orders over $69.95 CAD. Otherwise, it's just an easy flat rate of only CA$8.00 in both the USA and Canada.

International orders by request.

If anything is incorrect, missing or damaged upon arrival, please let us know right away by emailing us at orders@waltonwoodfarm.com, or use the contact form here on our website. Please check your items within 3 days of receipt.

Returns on unworn, unwashed items, with tags still attached, in original packaging are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item.

Returns are eligible for store credit only , and/or original payment method with proof of receipt.

Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, and are final sale.
Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you more information, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returned items that are not defective will be subject to a restocking charge.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
